Many people, including her rival for the Governor's office, Tennessee Congressman John Rose, have accused Marsha of seeking to 'enrich themselves" from a "tax-payer funded payout", due to her intent to sue for compensation resulting from the 2021 FBI investigation into her cell phone records during the January 6th protests at the US Capitol.
